Diy reindeer antlers

Merry christmas everyone! Happy Holidays! Weather you celebrate christmas or not, these festive antlers are fun to make! Here is what you need:

• Craft foam sheets (brown)
• Paper
• Hot glue
• Cardboard
• Headbands

 

1. First, design a plan, or “pattern” to trace. (Like mine, below)
2. Trace 2 antlers out onto the thin foam sheet.
3. Cut them out, and trace the sides onto a sheet of cardboard, this will be your support.
4. Cut out the strips, and trim the sides if needed.
5. Plug in the hot glue and have an adult help you glue the cardboard to the back of the antlers.
6. Measure and mark on a headband where the antlers will go.
7. Add a blob of glue to the marked area, and hold the antler in place untill it dries.
8. Repeat with the other antler.
9. Decorate. You can use wrapping paper scraps, tiny bows, fake holly (in the floral section of the craft store), different colored foams, construction paper, glitter, anything!
